Rhett Butler, MD, MS

Rhett is a physician, performing artist, author, film-maker, keynote speaker and basketball coach. He is married to Nicole and has two sons, Owen and Clark.
Rhett was accepted into medical school at 44-years-old after his brother, Ashley died of cancer. The Butler family moved to Lubbock in 2021 when he joined the Internal Medicine Residency Program at TTUHSC. He is now a Fellow in the TTUHSC Hematology/Oncology Program.
​Rhett has performed his unique style of guitar throughout the United States and Europe over a 20-year career and has millions of views on YouTube. His documentary, "Chasing Miracles", was selected for the 2011 Dallas International Film Festival.
​Rhett's alter-ego, Coach Butler, has become well-known in the Lubbock area for his intense and booming voice that echoes in basketball gyms on weekends. Love him or not, chances are you have heard him before.

Nicole is a wife and mother of two active boys who is deeply rooted in the Lubbock community and passionate about making a positive impact. Whether she’s cheering on her sons at basketball games or volunteering locally, she is energized by serving and connecting with others.
Professionally, Nicole brings more than 20 years of experience in tax, with a focus on land investments and real estate development. She also serves on the board of the Wolfforth Economic Development Corporation, advocating for responsible growth and community success. Guided by her faith and a belief that everyone has unique gifts to offer, Nicole is committed to working alongside others to strengthen and uplift her community through this mission.

Natasha Campbell

Natasha Campbell is a respected volleyball coach and the founder and owner of Next Level Volleyball Club in Lubbock, Texas. A West Texas native, she discovered her calling in coaching through early volunteer work and has since built a strong reputation for player development and leadership.
​
She has served on the Sun Country Volleyball Region Association Board of Directors since 2015 and currently holds the role of Commissioner/CEO.
Natasha also works with Gold Medal Squared, an elite volleyball training organization, where she is responsible for hiring and coach development.
With her coaching expertise, leadership, and facilities experience, Natasha plays a key role in the success of this project.

Paul Campbell

Paul Campbell is a seasoned retail professional with over 30 years of experience at United Supermarkets and served as the General Manager of Market Street at 98th and Quaker. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in a variety of store locations, ranging in size and scope, and has built a reputation for excellence in team development, operational efficiency, and guest service.
​
In addition to his professional achievements, Paul is actively engaged in community development.
He has served on the UnitedWay Committee and is currently a member of the Lubbock Economic Development Committee, where he contributes his experience and insight to local initiatives.

Zac Buchanan, a Lubbock native, honed his competitive spirit on the basketball courts of Frenship High School before continuing his athletic journey at Lubbock Christian University. Today, he leads as the Franchising Director for Bahama Bucks, bringing his entrepreneurial drive to the forefront.
​
Beyond his professional success, Zac deeply values his family. Married to Paige, they are raising three children within the vibrant Lubbock community. A dedicated mentor to young athletes, Zac has invested over a decade in nurturing their skills and fostering a love for the game. Driven by a vision for a thriving athletic landscape, Zac champions the development of a world-class multisport facility in Lubbock. He believes this endeavor will not only elevate the athletic potential of local youth but also significantly drive economic development and prosperity for the city.

Zac Buchanan embodies the spirit of Lubbock, a blend of ambition, community involvement, and a deep-rooted love for his hometown. His commitment to fostering a legacy of athletic excellence exemplifies his dedication to making Lubbock an even better place for future generations.

Paige Buchanan

Paige Buchanan, a passionate and accomplished basketball coach from Lubbock, Texas, made a lasting impact during her tenure as the head girls’ basketball coach at Trinity Christian School. Under her leadership, the team achieved the ultimate milestone of winning a state championship, solidifying her reputation as an exceptional mentor and strategist.
​
In addition to her coaching success, Paige is married to Zac Buchanan, and together, they have built a life centered on family, faith, and community, raising three children, Zaiah, Kiah and Lincoln, who are making their own marks. Their daughter, Zaiah, exceled in athletics, earning accolades such as Volleyball Offensive Player of the Year at Frenship High School in 2022. Kiah was standout basketball player at Frenship High School, and will play basketball at Hardin-Simmons University. Lincoln is one of the most talented 8th-grade basketball players in West Texas.

Through her contributions as a coach and community leader, Paige continues to inspire the next generation, ensuring her legacy of excellence and service endures.

​Kelsie Sanchez
Kelsie and her husband Jesus have been married for 13 wonderful years, and their home is always buzzing with five energetic young children. With their kids constantly discovering new passions, they are especially excited about the upcoming facility and the positive impact it will have—not only on their own family, but on youth throughout the community.
Professionally, Kelsie is a small business owner with a strong interest in event planning.

Cole Pofahl
Cole is the founder of Cole Thomas Homes, a luxury custom home builder with more than 20 years of experience crafting high-quality residences and select commercial projects in Lubbock and West Texas. Known for combining meticulous craftsmanship with relational integrity, Cole leads teams of skilled subcontractors to deliver complex, detail-driven builds while earning the trust of homeowners through transparency, discipline, and genuine care for families beyond the project itself.
Coming from a family deeply rooted in construction, Cole carries forward a generational commitment to excellence and stewardship. Together with his father, he operates a business built on collaboration, accountability, and long-term relationships — believing that well-built spaces and well-led teams create opportunity and lasting community impact.
Cole and his wife, Holli, have called Lubbock home for two decades. Their daughters, Cameron and Colby, have both been active in school and club volleyball, with Cameron now pursuing graduate studies and Colby continuing in high school and club competition. Years of travel to tournaments across the country have shaped Cole’s vision for environments that foster excellence, character, and community connection.

Holli Pofahl
Holli Pofahl was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and moved to Lubbock in the 1990s to attend Texas Tech University, where she earned a degree in Advertising and Marketing. What began as a college chapter quickly became home. For more than two decades, Lubbock has been the place where Holli and her husband, Cole, have built their family and invested deeply in their community.
With over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales, Holli has built her career around serving people, cultivating trust, and creating meaningful connections. She brings a relational, people-first perspective to every endeavor, valuing collaboration, communication, and thoughtful engagement. Her professional background and heart for service reflect a commitment to strengthening families and contributing to opportunities that positively impact the next generation.
Holli and Cole are active members of Victory Life Church and are grateful for their daughters, Cameron and Colby. Whether supporting Colby’s high school and club volleyball or celebrating Cameron as she begins graduate school, Holli treasures the seasons of life that athletics, education, and community involvement have brought to their family.
