Amy Hancock

Amy Hancock is an elementary physical education teacher with more than 20 years of experience inspiring and mentoring youth through sports and education. A former collegiate volleyball player at Wayland Baptist University and a 2025 inductee into the university's Athletics Hall of Honor, she has spent more than a decade coaching volleyball and is an active volleyball official at the high school and club levels. In May 2026, she earned her USA Volleyball National Indoor Scorer certification and continues to pursue advanced officiating opportunities.
As Grant Writer and a member of the Lubbock Game Changers Board of Directors, Amy is passionate about creating opportunities for youth through athletics and helping bring The HUB Sports & Event Center to life for generations of West Texas families.
